As a distributor for Tonex Bio-Organics, you are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure efficiency and professionalism in serving our valued customers:
1. Customer Engagement Timely
– Distributors must contact all assigned customers and provide updates within a maximum of three (3) hours after receiving an assignment.
2. Efficient Order Fulfillment
– All assigned orders must be delivered to customers within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours.
3. Lead & Customer Status Reporting
– Distributors are required to provide timely updates on all assigned leads and customers.
4. Order Confirmation Policy
– Failure to comply with points (1) and (2) above will result in the assumption that the customer has accepted and purchased the ordered product.
5. Non-Replacement Clause
– In the event that an order is assumed completed under clause (4), Tonex Bio-Organics will not provide a replacement should the customer decline to make the purchase.
By agreeing to these terms, you commit to upholding the standards and efficiency required to represent Tonex Bio-Organics as a distributor.
