Shipping Errors
If we ship the wrong product or make an error with your order, contact our office within 24 hours of receiving it. We will arrange for pickup and cover all additional delivery costs.
If you prefer, visit our walk-in store within 24 hours of purchase to exchange the item. If you fail to follow these guidelines, we may deny your return or exchange request.
Refunds
Tonex Bio Organics will only make refund in cases of failed deliveries within the stipulated period of time. Items received in good conditions will not be exchanged.
Exchange
We don’t offer an exchange of our products for another as some of our products are of sensitive nature. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order.
Kindly ensure to check the product name, description & size. Ask all necessary questions about a product before payment as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges based on the failure to do any of the following stated above.
Delivery
Product(s) are delivered to your doorstep within 2-6 working days via our local logistics partners and via UPS for international delivery.
Delivery during Promo is first come first serve which means that we prioritize early orders to be sent out for delivery to their respective locations before the ones that come after them.
Delivery will begin immediately after Sales. (unless stated otherwise)
Pickup
A pickup option is available. You are allowed to pick up your orders within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Full details of the person picking up should be given to us prior to pickup for authorization to release your goods.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
